The 2020 Wyoming Legislature passed legislation that would keep Wyoming on Daylight Saving Time year-round if several conditions were met.

The Sunshine Protection Act has passed the U.S. Senate and is now headed to the House of Representatives.

The EPA responded to a request from the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho tribes to treat the reservation as a separate state for purposes of implementing the federal Clean Air Act.
