An Ohio man was sentenced to probation for possession of over 100 pounds of marijuana in Albany County District Court today.

Jason Alexander Koste, 42, was sentenced to one year in the Albany County Detention center with credit for time served, after which he will serve out a five-year supervised probation term.

Judge Jeffrey Donnell ordered Bamond to complete outpatient treatment and to complete his GED within the next 12 months.

The plea agreement called for Vasquez to serve a split sentence, including up to a year in the Albany County Detention Center.

Hernandez, a husband and father of two, was locked up after pleading guilty June 28 and has been incarcerated since.

Defense attorney Randy Hiller mentioned that the county attorney's office worked with Helzer as much as possible to resolve the matter.

Donnell was also concerned that while in Massachusetts on bond prior to Tuesday's hearing, Ryan hung up on a probation agent that called to inquire about a felony charge pending against Ryan in her home state.

New Jersey has a warrant out for Connor's arrest, and Connor remains in custody in the Albany County Detention Center pending his extradition to New Jersey, which will likely take several weeks.

"If you want to see your kids again, if you want to lead a normal life for the rest of your life, you'd better start today," Donnell said.

“This was a course of conduct that went on over a long period of time,” said Donnell.

In court Tuesday, Fonseca apologized for his poor judgement.
