Wyoming’s Coolest Corn Maze Opens This Month
Every autumn, the population of Lingle, Wyoming doubles when families flock to the Ellis' Harvest Home. The corn maze and pumpkin patch officially opens on Saturday, September 26, 2020.
The theme for this year's corn maze is a perfect one for the Year of COVID, it's toilet paper themed. Work on the maze usually begins in June when the cornrows are sprayed to create the design. After the rows are created, they spray for weeds and groom the pathways. The maze is typically more difficult to navigate early in the fall before the first freeze. Although it's not designed to be scary, getting lost in the maze can be unnerving.
The farm also has a pick-your-own pumpkin patch featuring a variety of shapes and sizes.
