Cowgirl sophomores Shaina Ashouri and Alisha Bass were named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Division I All-Pacific Third Team Monday.

Ashouri received her second postseason honor of the 2015 season. This NSCAA All-Pacific third team accolade goes along with her First Team All-Mountain West honor. She led the Cowgirls with 25 total points, scoring nine goals and assisting on seven. Ashouri tied the school record for most points in a single season.

Bass also adds to her postseason award list. The NSCAA All-Pacific third team is her second postseason award, as well. She was named MW Honorable Mention. Bass finished the 2015 campaign with five total points, scoring two goals and assisting on one other. She was a key part of the record-setting eight shutouts in one season.

Both players helped the Wyoming Cowgirls to back-to-back 10 plus win seasons for the first time in school history.

This is the first time each player has been selected to the NSCAA Pacific Region team.
