California Man Arrested for Stealing a Semi Truck.

A California man was arrested in Laramie on charges of theft of services on Tuesday, Feb.7.

Chris Happ, 55, was arrested as a result of a Laramie Police Officer’s investigation into a report of a stolen semi-truck.

If convicted, he could face ten years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.
