Could Laramie Get An Event Center?
Residents may soon know if it is feasible to build an event center in Laramie.
David Stone and Don Dethlefs were hired to determine if the town can hold an event center and take on the costs associated with it.
On June 16, 2015, the consultants will present a draft report of their event center feasibility study. The public is invited to attend the presentation from noon until 1 p.m. on June 16 in the dining room at the Fair Grounds Activity Building.
A light lunch will be provided including sandwiches, chips, cookies, ice tea, water, and coffee.
Time will be provided at the end of the presentation for questions, comments, and ideas.
