I haven't seen this kind of hype for a new single in a long time.  Seems the newest release from Eli Young Band has found some real gold potential with their latest Even If It Breaks Your Heart.

Country radio stations have had a few weeks to digest the tune, but it won't officially drop until Monday, January 23rd, according to their label.  Lead singer for the band, Mike Eli is featured in an interview with our friends at The Boot and had this to say about the tune.

We still say it every day: 'live your dream' . . . This is that song for us. It tells that story for the fans who are just discovering us, and for the ones who have been with us for a long time.

I'm sur the boys in the band are hoping that they'll have the same kind of success with this one as they did with their last single, Crazy Girl (which hit # 1).  Only time will tell, but now that the band is regularly putting out stellar performances, I wouldn't discount the real possibility that this one will top the charts as well.

Whatever happens with the single, the band will have to watch from afar.  They've been the opening act for the monstrously successful Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Australian tour.  Next scehduled performances will be in Perth on March 14, Brisbane on March 23-4, and Sydney on March 27.

The song won't be on country radio until a week from today, however, Republic Records did put out a "Lyric Only" video from the Eli Young Band.  Enjoy.
