Blowing Snow, Sub-Zero Wind Chills Possible In SE Wyoming
The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service warns of heavy mountain snowfall in southeast Wyoming, with strong winds, blowing snow, and sub-zero wind chills in other areas today.
