Justin Moore Teams With Fellow ‘Arkansas Boy’ Tracy Lawrence for 2020 Late Nights and Longnecks Tour
In support of his newest album, Late Nights and Longnecks, country star Justin Moore has plans to embark on a tour of the same name in early 2020. He won't be alone on the jaunt, though: Tracy Lawrence will be joining him on the road.
"We started putting [this tour] together a while back, and I've been saying that if we could put this together, it would probably be the biggest -- at least for me personally -- tour that we've [put on]," Moore recently shared at a media event. "We're excited to announce that we're putting together a tour in support of this album, Late Nights and Longnecks, and excited to go out and do it with one of my heroes, another Arkansas boy ...
"[Lawrence is] somebody that I have looked up to for a lot of years, and I think it's just perfect timing for he and I to go out and do a tour together," Moore adds. "It's gonna be so much fun, and I have so much respect for him."
The Late Nights and Longnecks Tour is set to kick off on Jan. 16, 2020, in Dodge City, Kan. In addition to Moore and Lawrence, the trek will also feature a to-be-announced opening act. Tickets will go on sale on Friday (Sept. 27) at 10AM CT; visit JustinMooreMusic.com or TracyLawrence.com for further details.
Moore's Late Nights and Longnecks album came out in late July, and was his first new project since 2016's Kinda Don't Care. The project's lead single, "The Ones That Didn't Make it Back Home," remembers the lives of fallen military members and recently hit No. 1.
