Laramie Man Charged with Aggravated Assault

The Laramie Police Department is reporting that 30-year old Laramie resident Jeffery J. Napier has been charged with aggravated assault

Just after 10:30 Saturday night (October 5) Laramie Police Officers responded to the 200 block of Custer street for a report of a fight in progress.

As a result of the investigation, Napier was arrested and charged with Aggravated Assault and Battery. Bond has not yet been set in this matter and Mr. Napier remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center.

Aggravated assault and battery is a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than ten years.

At this time, these charges are merely accusations and the Defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
