LPD Arrests Woman on Burglary, Trespassing Charges
The Laramie Police Department recently arrested a woman for burglary and trespassing.
On July 3rd and 4th, LPD officers responded to the 200 block of Baker Street for reports each day of a burglary, according to an LPD press release.
Officers investigated the burglary and arrested Cassidy Harper, 20, of California. Harper was charged with burglary and trespassing. Harper remains incarcerated at the Albany County Detention Center on a $500 bond.
According to the LPD, a person is guilty of burglary if, without permission or authority, they enter or remain in a building or vehicle with the intent to commit theft or another felony.
Burglary is a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, a $10,000 fine, or both.
