Parts of Grand Ave Will Be Closed Thursday and Friday

Part of Grand Avenue in Laramie will be closed from 3rd Street to 4th Street on Thursday, November 7 and Friday, November 8, 2019. Crews will be doing utility work in the area.

Detours for this work are Garfield Street and Ivinson Street.
