Pistol Annies – Tour Dates in December

So, this morning I was on the air doing the top 20 country countdown and I got to number 4 on the charts.  That spot is currently held by Miss Miranda Lambert and her song Baggage Claim.  Great tune and definitely worth the high ranking.  But, as so often happens, my mind started to wander and I got to thinking, "I wonder what Pistol Annies are up to?"  Of course, Pistal Annies is Miranda's side project.

Well, as it turns out, Pistol Annies has been kind of busy.  The all-girl group (comprised of Miranda, Ashley Monroe and Angaleena Presley) have scheduled some dates n December. 

Based on the success of their first album, Hell on Heels, the ladies are planning on taking to the stage in Vegas, West Hollywood and Bakersfield. 

There hasn't been any more additions made to the schedule as of this writing, but I'm sure if the ladies see some decent crowds, that there could be more dates added.  All three are fairly successful performers and I am pretty sure there is a lot of conflicts with their solo stuff.  I know Miranda has a busy schedule for the rest of the year.

 It's good to see them starting to establish themselves as a serious country act.  Even though you get the impression that they aren't taking themselves that seriously.

December 3: Las Vagas, NV, House of Blues Las Vegas
December 7: West Hollywood, CA, House of Blues Los Angeles
December 8: Bakersfield, CA, Buck Owens’ Crystal Palace
