State champions in volleyball and football were chosen for the WyoPreps Athlete of the Week awards.

LSR went unbeaten this season and played as solid game against Burlington

The first championship game on Saturday is in the Class 1A-6 Man division between No. 1 Little Snake River and defending champion and second-ranked Burlington in Laramie.

The Rattlers blistered Dubois 67-0 in the semi-final round

After finishing 2nd last season in 1A, the Rattlers won it all this season

It took a while but the Rattlers beat Cokeville in 5 sets for the title

Some of the semi-final matches were very compelling

The top-ranked Little Snake River Rattlers proved too much for No. 3 Encampment last Saturday, 79-37.

A six-rotation volleyball player and a standout football player on a No. 1 ranked team earned the nod as the WyoPreps Athletes of the Week.

The latest winners were Kyan Lawlar of Evanston volleyball, Cale Dauwen of Pinedale football, and Bridger Cozzens of Little Snake River football.
