In states like Texas or Florida, however, it seems like the whole state goes into a panic with one inch of snow on the ground, right?

Sure it's cold and treacherous to drive in, and we all hate shoveling it out of our driveway. But, there's no doubt, at least to most of us, that Wyoming snowfall creates some beautiful scenery.

Wednesday's spring snowstorm dumped a record-breaking 14.1 inches of snow on Cheyenne, shattering the record for snowfall on March 23.
