Cheyenne Men Arrested After Knife Fight
Two Cheyenne men are behind bars following a knife fight in downtown Cheyenne over the weekend.
Cheyenne Police Department spokesman Officer Dan Long says officers were called to a disturbance at 1901 Central Avenue early Sunday morning.
"Officers found that two males had got into a fight," said Long. "One male had taken out a knife and slashed at the other, cutting his shirt."
Twenty-one-year-old Paul Martinez was arrested for aggravated assault and misdemeanor marijuana possession, while 25-year-old Tanner Kupec was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
Long says neither one of the men were injured in the altercation.
