
Cheyenne Weather Service: Hail, Severe Storms, Flooding Possible
The Cheyenne office of the National Weather Service is warning about the possibility of severe thunderstorms, heavy rain, hail and flooding on Tuesday, June 19.
A tornado or two is also possible The weather service issued the following statement on their website:
"A risk of severe thunderstorms is expected this afternoon and early evening along and east of the Laramie Range. The primary hazards will be hail, 1 inch or greater, and wind gusts >= 60 mph. A tornado cannot be ruled out. Flash flooding is also a concern today and tomorrow as heavy rainfall is quite possible over already saturated ground."
