A Comedy show is coming to the University of Wyoming Union Ballroom.

Female musical comedians Carlie and Doni will be performing in the Union Ballroom on the UW campus this Friday night, April 26th. The show begins at 9 p.m. and is open for the public to attend.

According to the UW press release, Carlie and Doni first met in 2005 at a Los Angeles community college and later became friends in their time at school. They teamed up and began writing silly songs and forming comedic sketches with each other. After encouragement from Carlie's mother, they both signed up for an open mic night at the Los Angeles Comedy Comedy Store. Carlie and Doni both discovered what they wanted to do working at the comedy club and developed a full comedy show  in their four years working together. The duo was voted Best Comedians in Los Angeles in 2011.

In addition to the comedy show, the movie "Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters" will be shown in the Wyoming Union Family Room at 6:30 p.m., 9 p.m., and 11:30 p.m.

UW's Friday Night Fever will be sponsoring both events on April 26th.
