The U.S. Postal Service has honored the late great Ray Charles as a part of their “Music Icons Forever” stamp series yesterday, on what would have been Ray's 83rd birthday.
Ray joins a host of music legends who's faces have graced their limited edition stamp, which the Postal Service puts out once a year.
A ceremony featuring Ashanti along with the Moorehouse College Glee Club was held in Atlanta yesterday at the Ray Charles Performing Arts Center, with Chaka Khan getting top bill at the Grammy Museum.
What music legend would you like to see have their own commemorative stamp?
