Readiness Center Bill Signed Into Law

President Barack Obama has signed into law a bill that will provide $21 million for the Laramie readiness center.

Sen. Mike Enzi’s Communications Director Max D’Onofrio said the Senate passed the defense bill on Dec. 8 and the president signed the bill into law last week.

The Senate voted 92-7 to move forward with consideration of a final version of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017, according to a news release from Sen. Mike Enzi.

The bill also included a 2 percent raise for active-duty military service members.
