UW Online Psychology Ranked No. 2 Nationwide

The online Bachelor’s degree offered by University of Wyoming Department of Psychology was ranked No. 2 on a list compiled by AffordableCollegesOnline.org of “Best Online Psychology Degree for 2015-2016.”

The factors used to compile the rankings include online tuition rate, job placement for graduates, percent of students receiving financial aid, and career counseling services.

“This national recognition of UW’s psychology Outreach program highlights the program’s quality and accessibility, features appreciated by students within Wyoming and across the nation,” says Karen Bartsch Estes, professor and chair of the UW Department of Psychology.

“We regard the program from the point of view of the psychology department as a work in progress,” says Bartsch Estes.  “We continue to try to improve the program, because it is so important for the students in the state of Wyoming.”
