Their research shows that Ushers, Lobby Attendants, and Ticket Takers are the lowest paid people in Wyoming.

My second job as a teenager was in a movie theater and the lack of a decent wage was augmented by free movies, popcorn and sodas. Of course I was living at home and didn’t have to pay for food, housing or clothing, or I would have been sunk.

The shift from 5.7 percent unemployment in July to 5.5 percent last month is not a statistically significant drop, but it offers hope that the state economy is stabilizing.
