One Of Wyoming’s Grandest Lake Lodges Is Up For Auction [PHOTOS]
One of the most spectacular lodges in the Cowboy State is on the block. Next Saturday, the Half Moon Lake Lodge will be sold at a public auction.
Located in the Bridger-Teton National Forest near Pinedale, the property features six guest cabins, an on-site restaurant, retail shop, saloon, laundry room, barn, corrals, storage sheds, a marina, and a floating dock with 15 boats.
The restaurant and saloon also include a full retail liquor license. A Forest Service Permit allows for commercial boat rentals, horseback riding, and authorizes the construction of more guest cabins. The Lodge has been a popular vacation destination since 1965.
“Half Moon Lake Lodge is a rare operation that has capabilities for about everything you could want – lodging, horseback riding, outfitting, wedding venue, corporate retreats, and a beautiful restaurant and marina,” Live Water Properties sales associate Deirdre Griffith told Buckrail.
Live Water Properties is brokering the auction on September 29th at 11 a.m. No minimum bid has been set.
