Is Justin James The Best Player In Wyoming Hoops History? [POLL]

Kenny Sailors, Flynn Robinson, Fennis Dembo, and Larry Nance, Jr. are all Wyoming legends, but Justin James could be the best all-around player in Cowboys basketball history.

Last night, the senior guard scored 25 points, passing 2,000 for his career. With at least two games left to play, James needs 47 points to pass Robinson for third place on Wyoming's all-time scoring list. James will likely finish tied for the second most games played in school history and ranks in the top ten for career assists and steals.

The Florida native has steadily improved since arriving in Laramie four years ago. As a freshman, he averaged just over 5.2 points and showed glimpses of future greatness. In his sophomore season, James established himself as a team leader, averaging 16 points and five rebounds. As a junior, James earned All-Mountain West honors with 18.9 points, six rebounds, and three assists per game. In his senior season, he's averaging 21.6 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists.

While Dembo, Nance, Jr., Robinson, and Sailors all played for winning teams, James has carried the load as a senior for a team that just broke a 60-year-old school record for the most losses in a single season.
