Laramie's favorite downtown party has come to a close. Throughout the weekend, Laramie residents had the chance to eat jalapenos to win cash, dance in the street, and lose their lunch on carnival rides. Although the end of Jubilee Days is always bittersweet, flipping through some photos might ease the pain.
