UW Police Seek Person of Interest

The University of Wyoming says a student’s backpack was stolen earlier this week, and now the UW Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify a person of interest in the case.

According to a UW release, the backpack was stolen around 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 12 from the fifth floor of the Engineering Building. The backpack reportedly contained a computer and personal items, estimated to be worth $1,700 in total.
