Another round of snow is expected to hit the mountains of southeast Wyoming late tonight through early Saturday morning, the National Weather Service in Cheyenne says.
Four to 10 inches of snow coupled with winds gusting as high as 55 mph could make for whiteout conditions in the Sierra Madres Wednesday through Thursday.
Winds have really been cranking across much of southeast Wyoming and the Nebraska Panhandle this morning, according to the National Weather Service in Cheyenne.
Portions of Interstate 80 in southeast Wyoming could see gusts up to 65 mph tomorrow through Saturday, which, combined with the recent snow, could make for ground blizzard conditions.
