The Cheyenne Office of the National Weather Service is warning about the possibility of strong thunderstorms and hail in southeast Wyoming on Monday.

The agency posted this statement on their website:

"With moisture in place, there is a better chance for thunderstorms Monday afternoon. Some of these thunderstorms may become strong and contain hail, frequent lightning, and gusty winds. The most favorable area to see strong thunderstorms will be across southeast Wyoming through Monday evening as a stationary cold front near the Interstate 25 corridor will move very little through the day."
